酒店好的没话说，只是太紧俏。湖景超级棒，服务态度吧还行，没住到定的那间东边的房间，老板换了西边的，还送了一个标间。里格半岛，真的很安静美丽。

酒店所处环境挺好的，出门就是湖边。晚上酒店附近还能看到好多星星，最喜欢这个了！然后进去和走都是搭船，因为拉箱子太难了。不过房间电源设计好奇怪，有两盏灯如果关了，电热毯和电视边的排插都会断电不能用，第二天去玩手机数码都要充电，只能开着灯睡了，有点郁闷。纸巾是心相印的，挺好。

这可能是我在艺龙订房遇到的最糟糕的一次体验。刚开始订了里格半岛假日酒店，订单都已成功扣款了，客服打电话过来说没房了，要重新订，然后推荐了这家旅馆，通过人工帮我们订了四间二楼阳台湖景标间，却没告知人工订房没返现的。这也罢了，等到了旅馆，发现这家只有两个二楼阳台湖景标间的，又调换了好几个，等住下后，朋友发现房间不是太小，就是卫生条件不好，意见很大，纷纷要求退房。和艺龙，旅馆交涉了很长时间，终于把第二晚的房间退了。第二天只得改变行程，匆匆返回丽江。
