入住客不多，所以除了大堂，别处都没有开空调，尤其电梯里很热，房间也要打好久才冷下来。

当时预定时和酒店人员说了想住高点，也同意了，去时被告知安排在了3楼，最低的一层。说是其他楼层要安排给旅游团。我们都是提前10天就预定了，而且当时酒店人员也答应了，回头就说不知道有这回事，几经周折，终于找到一间正在退房的7楼房间，如果当天人员多的话，就只能住3楼了。不认真对待预约客户的需求，不满意。然后就是酒店没有各种娱乐设施，对不起这个星级
