酒店设施包括服务早餐都挺不错的.就是有一点.我觉得房间的卫生没有弄很干净.床单下面都有碎头发.

酒店在当地小县城还算可以，但设施硬装实在是太老旧，房间卫生不是很干净，对不起开元的称号，服务态度还是很热情的，总体马马虎虎！

真的太一般，晚上睡觉快冷死了， 而且隔音也很一般，大晚上楼下车都不停按喇叭吵得睡不着，早餐还是可以的～

非常满意。卫生整洁，服务到位。早餐品种多而可口。刚进房间发现有点瑕疵。沟通后及时处理，事后主动表示，寻求谅解。以小见大，可以感觉到整个酒店管理和服务还是很到位的。
