设施陈旧，开门后床上有蜘蛛 解释说窗外爬进来的要求换房 换房后床单下很多毛发看着恶心 将就着住一晚，还四星级呢……

总体还可以，就是酒店有点老了，里面有些设施需要改善，还有就是酒店的隔音不好，隔壁房间放水的声音，楼道里走路说话的声音在房间里都可以听见！

这是我住过的开元酒店中感觉最不理想的一次，并非是工作人员服务方面，而是设施太老了，年前这么冷的天气，房间内的中央空调居然热不起来了，洗完澡出来冷的浑身发抖……唉，房间内无线网络连接设置太过复杂。

浦江比较老牌的酒店，进门就感到了扑面而来的陈旧气息，前台姑娘带着亲切的痞气。卫生状况还是好的，尤其是几个杯子，干净得让人感动，房间也没有异味。床垫显然是开业以来从来没换过，隔着被子就能摸到一楞一楞的弹簧，平躺的时候硌脚跟，侧躺的时候硌肋骨；热水温度显然太低了，浴缸水龙头的水放再久还是只有36度左右，泡了一半的澡吃不消了。。。酒店周围娱乐和餐饮聚集，住在高楼层很安静。早餐很丰盛，餐厅冗员严重。。
