酒店客房的硬件真不错，房间很大，设施新，卫生不错，WIFI网速快，服务员很热情，价格也便宜。但是存在以下严重问题:中央空调不能用，房间里太冷;热水不热，洗澡几乎冻得要感冒;楼上有KTV，吵得人没法入睡;电梯只有一台，很小很慢，里面也是脏兮兮的;押金不能使用信用卡预授权。如果不能解决上面的问题，下次不会再住。
