预定2016年6月18日接机用车，预定显示帕萨特天籁同级别车型，18日凌晨一点短消息通知车型更改为荣威550，致电客服投诉，客服一直强调荣威550与帕萨特天籁为同级别车型，不能更换车型没有补偿，售价九万多的车和售价二十万以上的车携程竟然一直强调是同级别，这是在侮辱客户的常识么？后续携程只做了退款处理，严重影响本人出行安排，并造成经济损失，相关订单被删除无法评论，故本人将在现有及以后所有携程个人及携程商旅的订单填写此评论。
