云之梦酒店大堂很大气，唐宫风格，客房很大，园林景观很美。自助早餐很丰富，品种多，服务员态度很好。不满意的是晚上打开水龙头，水是黄泥水，陶瓷盆留下了一层泥。服务员解释说因修水管，多放水几分钟就好。

房间够大，设计还可以，就是性价比大低，
早餐品种大少，味道一段。餐厅点菜速度很快，服务员的态度很好也热情。停车场停车方便，但不负责车辆损失责任，不推荐入住。

一、先说优点: 酒店在罗平算数一数二的大酒店，位置很好找，外观高大上，特别是酒店大厅很气派，环境也很安静。酒店停车很方便，并且免费。早餐还算丰富，面条很好吃。
二、不足方面:一是价格高，600多元一晚的房间确实不值，都要赶上一线城市5星级酒店的价了，房价严重不值。二是服务很一般，服务人员的服务与房价严重不符，酒店大厅看不到保安、副大堂和门童，感觉不到酒店的温磬。三是房间设施陈旧，卫生间很小，灯光很暗，过道地毯很脏。
