由于酒店住满人早餐和热水就有点恼火，吃饭等了很久，没法洗澡，还有房间有股烟味，对于我不吸烟的人很不舒服，不过其他方面还可以

酒店没什么说的，因为已经被携程的意外事件代替。原本预订的两间房变成了一间房。 对操作号： 527865 的不负责任提出投诉，严重影响我一家人的旅游心情。对后来携程希望今后还能为您提供更好的服务，谢谢
