  1、前台员工没事坐着玩手机，感觉不雅观；2、作为曲靖的一家星级酒店，竟然没有给顾客预留手提袋；3、拖鞋质感差；4、房间应该多通风，顾客进去就没有刺鼻气味；5、电梯有异味。
