酒店9楼10楼是KVT，安排入住了7楼、12点以后完全无法入睡、楼上完全是个慢摇吧、迪厅、头要炸了、还有各种诡异的唱歌声、给前台打电话、问投诉电话居然告诉我投诉了也没用、让换房、说没房间，就不说休息好不好啦，你们自己来感受哈你们能不能睡着，入住的时候也没有给我说附近是个什么环境啊、我能不能接受、要开KTV、先把自己酒店隔音弄好了、再开，不是一味的为自己找借口、忽悠顾客、什么高档酒店、惊悚酒店还差不多！真的是人生处处有惊悚！

服务特差，携程上订的单酒店服务员不给办入住，因为当天有张学友演唱会，酒店经理交代要给愿意出高价的住户住。很多网络订单的住户都没给住，
最后是在前台跟酒店各种人大吵了一架才争取到房间，一个多钟头后才入住。

不好，晚上睡不着觉，因为楼上有个KTV，房间不隔音，晚上一直要吵到12点左右，第一天是晚上12点，今天就不知道几点了

服务超级差差差差差，五差评价！本是提前预定好的，因为张学友演唱会去住的，结果现场变卦说没有房间可以带去招待所住，看见服务台一拉开抽屉里面全是房卡，酒店就想涨价卖房间！最后投诉了携程才给了房卡，然后故意安排去住八楼，还故意不告知九楼就是KTV，整个晚上唱歌到半夜根本不让人睡觉！这种酒店住一次一辈子不会再去
