房间够大，但是服务态度很差 ，是能忽悠就忽悠，如果不和他们理论，是绝对不会给你好的房间，都是给1楼大厅的房间，前台接待态度很差，提前一个月预订的房间居然不给留房间，然后换成其他房型，但中间所产生的费用也不会告知住客，当班经理态度很差
