优点:房间大，装修配置不错，停车方便。
缺点:空调风声大，出热水慢且水温低，洗手台无热水，清洁不彻底，淋浴间还有之前客人扔的烟头，酒店位置处在小区内，道路狭窄，酒店只有两层楼，窗户外面只能看见小区，如果是在河边最上面几层就好了，只能说明开发商最开始根本没有打算开酒店，后来可能想到全部做小区会所有点浪费才用这么矮的两层楼开的酒店
