酒店不错，工作人员态度好，微笑服务，因为住二晚，酒店免费升级了房间。唯一要提意见的就是酒店的中餐厅，菜量太大，二个人不能只点一个菜吧？五星级酒店的餐厅怎么弄的跟农家乐餐厅一样？多点二个菜就要浪费很多，有罪恶感！房间很好，窗景美！

整体不错，就是二楼餐厅朝西西晒严重，晚餐时分空调不给力还是很热，然后问服务员有没有其他的位置，服务员的服务态度有些敷衍

酒店依山而建，虽然不算大但是设计还是小别致的，有自己的特色，游乐场和泳池比较适合小朋友，早餐尚可，服务人员大多能主动和顾客打招呼，前台服务也不错，美中不足的是房间安排在最里面实在不是太方便，另外因儿子游泳希望能延迟退房但只同意半小时。三清山东南两边全玩了（金沙上外双溪下），希尔顿也去吃了中餐，还是庆幸定在开元，东边的风景比南面好，上山也是东面平坦些。
