  酒店环境卫生还是不错的，毕竟是新开的，但是从房间居然不能打电话到总台服务，隔音效果不怎么好，隔壁房间的人大半夜在那大声喧哗，也没有服务员制止，想打电话到服务台也打不到，只能跑去服务台投诉，严重影响了睡眠，希望有待改善！

  过年入住开元，每个员工都很热情，服务很好。好的地方就不说了，说说瑕疵吧。1、客房有点小，坐在马桶上，脸都快贴到墙壁了。2、住的是5号楼，从大堂过去要爬很多楼梯，感觉像爬了次山。3、住的山景房其实只能看见个山头，大部分视野全被前面的房子挡住了
