酒店位置好，离沙漠景区近，环境也好。但设施和服务离标注的5星级还有差距，首先喷淋设备是坏的，洗澡时水乱喷，其次中央空调有问题，整晚房间温度都在30度以上，给总台打电话，服务大姐到得也及时，但无论如何弄温度都下不来，最后工作人员将两个窗户打开，说这样降温快，让人哭笑不得，这是5星级酒店吗？😄

早餐很丰盛，素食的人也有很多选择。口味也比较好，清淡好吃。煎蛋好吃，单点排队。房间卫生稍微差一点，可能也是沙漠城市，灰比较大，化妆镜小的那个上全是灰，应该是好久没擦过。
其实定的是豪华套间，给安排到1001住，这个房型一层只有一个，房间里有股莫名的臭味。打客房服务说，开窗，然后往下水道里冲水，空调冷风开大，就行，全试了一遍，还是臭的。客房服务的人来了把下水道口用塑料袋装水封住，又通风了半天，屋里越来越臭。
同行朋友住1101，一样的房型，是香的。给前台打电话处理，一开始说她没有权限处理不了，退房也不行，换房也没房间，老公让她给能处理的人打电话来处理，她让等消息，等了半小时没回话，老公亲自去前台等，前台才打电话给主管。主管一来就给换了房间，第二天补差价100。第二天退房也是三个前台唯唯诺诺，非给主管打电话给叫过来，主管说了两遍，才把钱退了。态度也是极度一般。好在房间比较大，设施也算齐全，住的还行吧。
2002这边，双数房间，能看到沙漠。

在当地算不错的，离沙山公园很近，开车10分钟左右。傍晚7点左右过去，21点公园关门
