先从酒店接送说起，酒店接送有时间限制，要提前预约，因为没有提前预约，所以没有接火车，再说酒店的卫生，地毯较脏，是本人住过同等价位酒店里卫生最差的，酒店服务也不好。早餐种类较少，没有牛奶，水果也没有及时加，还有就是酒店并没有游泳池，最后说查房，由于着急赶火车走，没有等到查完房再走，扣完费后，才得知被扣了5元房间扑克钱，可是房间的扑克我们根本没有动，客服还说是我们孩子拆的，真是哑巴吃黄连，有口说不清。
