去年和先生住的豪华大床房还不错。今年回老家探亲只我一个人，所以就住的标准双人房，很令个人失望。前后换了两个房间。两个房间地毯有明显的污渍，且卫生间门外的地毯上有一大片湿地。两个卫生间有臭味霉味。其中一个卫生间的洗脸池和淋浴间的水管堵塞，打电话工人来处理，掏出一大堆头发；另一个洗手间的墙壁漏水流到卫生间地面。幸好没有摔倒。又打电话叫来工人处理。据工人说是楼上的卫生间漏水的原因。个别服务员在我换房的时候打扫房间给出一张臭脸，嘴里还嘀咕嘀咕地极不情愿的样子。领班对我善意提出的这些问题极力推诿搪塞。赞前台服务态度并能及时作出积极的反馈！
