真不知道酒店服务员有没有培训过，基本的敲门都不懂，早上八点半，一个服务员门都不敲直接开门就进来了，我刚刚醒来，还以为进强盗了呢，进来还问了一句：“我来看看你们退房木有，退了好搞卫生。”有没退房前台不知道么？是不是没有人在的话就可以顺手牵羊呢？
