酒店在武威市步行街口，位置较好，但市中心广场连带步行街都在进行改造工程，很乱！酒店服务员素质不高，总台服务高冷，早上还在睡梦中，楼层服务员在走廊内大声喊话把我惊醒！酒店设施不足四星！

服务太差，车停在停车场被刮蹭，保安先是说是我自己外面刮的，调出监控找到刮蹭时的视频后又让我去找领导协商，然后趁机把这段监控删了，报警后警察也没作任何处理，酒店高层更无人出面，真正的垃圾酒店！建议取消他们在艺龙上的经营资格。
