位置非常好，在景区内，逛累了随时可以回去休息，很方便，房间是临水观景，复式结构，一层比较冷，空调开了也没什么用，二层温度合适，床也很舒服，早餐种类还可以，一切都好，就是退房时因为酒店跟艺龙没有衔接好，艺龙的房费和实际产生房费不一致，交涉了一个多小时才解决，希望艺龙能改进

在西栅景区内，因住的是贵宾楼，设施非常好，景区内办完入住直接有车融到酒店门口，上下车都有服务人员帮助拿行李，服务态度非常好。房间内服务人员的工作很细心、周到、及时；房间的硬件设施非常好，也很人性化；早餐不敢恭维，只是饱腹而已；因在景区内，晚上可以看夜景，非常好。总体感觉不错，有机会还会住这里。
