整个乌镇西栅规模较大，保护较好，服务人员多很和善，入住的时候订单的门票信息有误，好在艺龙客服及时解决。乌镇行馆分三片，游客中心接待安排了盛庭，早上起来吃早餐时发现是个很大、且安静美丽的宅子。歺厅周围环境优雅美丽，食物精美。入住时有人送上电瓶车，到站也有人接，拿行李，热情洋溢。最大的遗憾来自于房间，夲来订的是大床房，由于中央空调排风扇未及时修复，我们被升级到套房，不过该套房临街，隔音效果很差，直到半夜还能听到街头国人的喧哗，另外糟糕的是房间立式空调不是直流变频，因此夜间会反复启动，风声、雨声、人声，一晚上你就交待了。所以，亲，你别轻信升级。
