价高，房间很一般。园子大客房少可能是价格高的原因。住着阴森，始终看不到人，只我二人在曲折长廊。当然喜欢安静氛围的除外。

服务挺好的，车停在景区停车场，到了旅游服务中心办理手续，会有专门的工作人员带着去坐车，下车又有工作人员带去酒店check in。环境也不错，出门就是西栅老街，酒店是禁止非入住客人进入的。
