非常不愉快的一次住房体验~本身是在携程预定的酒店 全额预付了4间房费，当天入住只需要2间，抱着试一试的心态询问前台，前台告知“只要携程同意退款就可退2间房费”于是 和携程折腾了半个小时 ，被告知酒店预订部拒绝退房费！exm？前台和预订部的口径为什么不一致，开始就告知不可退的话 ，也就算了，折腾半个多小时，踢皮球一样有意思？最后前台催促速度开房，我的客户也等的不耐烦了，被迫开了4间房，然后预订部给我来电话，告知我已经开了4间房就不可以退房费了！exm？你们真有一套！

位置还可以。但是酒店把我的行李箱搞坏了。而且坚决不承认。要求看他们搬运行李的录像，得到的答复是必须办案才给看。这样的服务，以后坚决不住！
