房间装修风格偏西洋，像是民国时期的。服务卫生都很棒，只是床太软了，睡起来不舒服，这点不符合五星标准，因为床来乌镇不会选择这里了。

住在西栅里蛮舒服的，看的就是夜景，而且还包了门票船票，早上小镇空无一人，服务也很到位，，不错一次体验。

乌镇最好的酒店，没有之一。是在旧宅子改造成的，很有格调，三个行馆，锦堂，盛庭，恒益堂。我们住的是盛庭，才是老宅子改的，感觉锦堂和枕水酒店差不多的，都是新做的。我觉得乌镇行馆服务好，有格调，完胜枕水酒店，枕水酒店就在小河对面，3分钟路程。这个酒店还接待过不少的国家领导人包括俄罗斯前总统梅德韦杰夫等。另外餐厅也很好，价格也很便宜，早餐很棒。
