西栅景区管理与服务非常好，旅游车和私家车统一停在景区外的停车场，由游览车直接送达酒店，酒店的装修风格古朴典雅，干净卫生，洗漱用品高端，酒店的早餐品种还算丰富，食材新鲜，口味不错。我是带老人去的，酒店的服务堪称一流，待人亲切有礼貌，我们的行李从进入景区开始到进入客房都是由服务人员全程接送，还给我们免费升级了两个安静的景观房。西栅景区的最里面，距离白莲塔，桥里桥，茶艺美食街，酒吧一条街也就100、200米。总的感觉非常满意。下次再去的话还住望津里。

房间隔音效果太差，隔壁房间打电话的声音都能听见，房间有灰尘，厕所下水道都不通，下水比较慢，早餐一般般

总的来说还是非常满意的，有车从景区门口到酒店门口，房内洗浴水很大，酒店饭菜也是大店水平，感觉在乌镇里是住得最舒服的酒店！
