酒店入住服务还不错，房间就是小了些，而且洗澡房和厕所都透明的，情侣还好，如果不是，互相观望还真尴尬。餐厅个别服务员热情和微笑都很欠缺，爱理不理的。相比较，办理入住的前台服务员就显得专业很多。

先说优点，早餐很丰富质量较高且一米五以下小朋友免费非常好。酒店硬件很好，服务很热情。有景区内观光车接送非常方便。唯一有点美中不足的是，定的家庭套房，是两张大床，两个房间没有门可以关闭，都通的，洗澡也是没有密闭空间，虽说是一家人，但还是稍有不便。
