酒店硬件不错，服务很一般，晚餐又贵又差还要15%服务费，不知道服务在哪里，春节价格贵，停车不方便，要不是在景区真心性价比不高

早餐还可以，没有那么高级。适合带孩子来。酒店就在五指山脚下，但是要走很长一段盘山路，有停车的地方。游泳池的水非常清澈，但是有点凉，不过游一会儿就好了，人很少，因为都怕冷，哈哈，有点一个人的泳池的意思！酒店环境很棒！适合遛弯。空气很清新，全是负氧离子！

体验的设施还是太少，这里只是住宿啥都没有。连游泳池在哪里都不知道。比较失望。1500多的人民币的房间啥都没有，其它的几百元都提供一些设施。

酒店就在景区里，大自然的绿色氧吧。前台的服务员黄雪蝶贴心帮我们升级了楼层房间，服务很周到贴心，下次还来住这里。

我以为的吊脚楼套房，结果是SPA中心改建的，而且改建的还十分不走心，花了五星级的价钱，住了长霉的客厅一晚上。。。。
