前台接待邢小姐服务态度非常好，主动带我们去看客房，本来我订的客房靠近电梯，因为年纪大了怕吵，马上给我们换了位置更好的客房，我非常感谢她。

酒店很大很漂亮，设施相对比较陈旧，但性价比很高了，餐厅饭菜口味可以，但服务就一般了。登山很便利，前台服务很好，不足之处是太过于潮湿，住过七仙岭的君澜房内有除湿机感觉好很多。登山推荐入住

别墅房周围植物茂密所以房间全天晒不到太阳，夜里更是潮湿阴冷。好在房间卫生比较干净，早餐丰富。

有点年头的酒店在保护区内，位置比较偏的天然氧吧，登山漂流很近。除酒店内最近的餐馆在4公里外的山下，卫生不错，设施有坏的地方酒店给及时维修。
