非常好，蛮喜欢的，住的特别舒服，而且办理会员还送了水果。附近停车也十分方便，出门旅游必备。早餐种类齐全，蛮喜欢那个炒饭的。几个朋友一起住真的蛮舒服的。

算湘西最好的酒店了，性价比高，从进门开始到前台都会打招呼，早上下来吃早餐在大堂也会有人主动问候指引，给人感觉很亲切，离凤凰30公里左右，很方便，下次带家人来玩还选择这家，很不错！

酒店在开发区交通便利，下高速5分钟左右就到了。客房空调热水都很给力，设计风格独特物品配置齐全摆放也很合理空间足够，浴衣超级舒适，房间清洁和毛巾都很干净整洁，而且柔软舒适。床特别舒适软硬适中，卫生间的洗漱用品质量超赞。有皇冠品牌的品质，我每次出差湘西都是住的这家酒店。
