能体验到皇冠的服务，下午到酒店顶的房型没有，前台服务员给升级了房间，房间清洁和设施都很棒，因为有孩子进房间后服务员主动给我们送来了一套用品。一个字 值 非常感谢你们提供的优质服务

酒店很不错，硬件设施和服务都配得上五星级。特别是前台服务热情。订房时没看清忘订早餐，酒店前台服务员帮忙积极解决，十分感谢！
