接待员很热心，耐心解答，而且将退房时间，早餐地点说的很详细。与家人一同到达凤凰的，是晚上10点钟的样子，而且还有很多房间，酒店很大，是出游的最好选择。并且，酒店离凤凰古城也很近，走路十来分钟的样子，停车位也有许多，只要是住房停车，都是免费的，而且住一晚免费二十四小时。
