史上最差酒店，没有之一，酒店前台随意更改订单，订的是凤凰楼标间，结果在没有告知的情况下换到主楼，主楼旧，拿到主楼房卡，还告知我们是凤凰楼的，结果凤凰楼根本没有这房号，刚开始酒店说凤凰楼要好些，结果搞错了以后说凤凰楼好些，而且前台搞错了以后，还说不都给你房间了呀，态度极差，酒店的房间根本达不到4星级标准，2星差不多，如果不是非要给一个星，我会一星不给
