住的凤凰楼，有窗但打不开，等于住了个无窗房。房间很闷，室内温度只有22℃，空调不可以调风速，开了空调又冷不开空调又闷。这是出行以来住得最糟心的一个房间。

标准四星，房间大小设施都不错，早餐不错，停车方便，离古城不远，第二次来凤凰，就住古城外了。登记入住时还送了一瓶特产酒，去凤凰想住好一点又不想住客栈，这一家应该是不错的选择，吃住都方便。
