主楼标间条件尚可，只是略微陈旧，停车场很大，停车方便，看《边城》演出留在酒店院内往楼后走！寸土寸金的地方，我们带着娃，还是省去了不少麻烦，还是值得推荐！

凤凰只是名气大。这四星的酒店服务和卫生都很差。前台非要把网上预订的单独一个柜台办入住，速度非常慢。房间里地板上都是头发和灰，还有蟑螂。被子重得要死，就像长期受潮进水过的。总之很差！

前台办入住速度慢。房间挺脏的，地上女儿扫出一堆头发和灰尘。带着孩子去，第一天孩子早饭不收费，第二天却硬要收小孩费用，服务太差，一点都不人性化。害得我们一家人都没胃口吃早饭
