酒店整体非常不错，房间确实是大，床也足够柔软，浴室干湿分区很方便。
房间很干净，无异味。
酒店离凤凰确实很近，开车到凤凰古镇约25分钟即到。
酒店早餐也很丰盛，种类较多，口味适合各种人群。
有个小建议，因为到酒店到凤凰古镇较近，因此有大量有小孩子的游客居住，建议在房间准备一双儿童用的棉拖鞋。

非常非常满意的一次入住！晚上到店免费升级了房型，不知原定房型长啥样？但这一升级房型让人太开心了！旁边有一个州博物馆，带上身份证就可以进去，非常值得看哦！除了里面的雕塑人物没体现湘西人以外，其余还是挺赞👍强烈推荐入住！最后有一个问题：明明在网上订的（已支付全款）说可以返现15元，后来在前台刷预售交押金又扣了我的房费（之前网上交的已经返回）结算时返现15元不知道在哪里可看到？

房间面积稍显狭小，格局也比较奇怪。细节上，洗漱用品质量很差，牙膏有异味，不太敢用第二次。淋雨的放沐浴露，洗发露的台子太小，感觉就是用瓷砖的边角料粘上去的，很勉强。

良心推荐，5星的酒店3星的价格，全智能设施服务，床很舒服，房间明亮安静舒适，只有我们想不到的，没有他们做不到的，在这里可以体会什么是幸福的生活，什么是宾至如归的感觉。来吉首不住这个酒店算白来了
