1.高端大气上档次，性价比超高，房间安静，装修设计不错，早餐不错，周围环境也不错。小沙发还可以睡个四岁小孩。2.服务附加值没有，没有旅游或出行指南之类的手册，对旅行出行之类的咨询比较陌生，前台服务缺少一点点微笑和热情。3.要是不考虑位置因素，只看住宿条件，那凤凰张家界是不二之选，自驾游的朋友可以去住。小孩说凤凰的客栈太吵有又蚊虫又潮，晚上从凤凰半小时就过去了，包车或滴滴专车费用在70到90之间。
