以前出差经常住贵宾楼，这次全家出去玩在艺龙上订的商务双床房，房间在假日楼。鹳河的服务还是一如既往的好，有求必应，态度还很好，自助早餐也很丰盛。但还是要说两个房间的设施有些陈旧了，2310洗手间没有净水器，还有异味，台盆也裂了。电视是显像管20寸的，频道也不算丰富，期待能更进一步。

这能叫四星吗？大骗子啊啊啊啊！设施如此老旧！裸露的钢管，脏兮兮的地毯，房间有味道！马桶看一眼就不想坐了！再也不会来了！带着长辈孩子来的，此次出行最差的一个酒店

客房服务体贴入微还有水果小玩具，小孩还加送小玩具，商务标间装修一般，但早餐太差要不下成本提高档次要不干脆不送早餐，和客房贴心服务相差太远。感觉就象两个档次的酒店
