住过最差的酒店，空调，马桶都是坏的，换了一个房间还是一样，卫生间门都是烂的，还四星酒店呢，快捷都不如！非常窝心的一次入住。

应该是西峡最好的宾馆了，但设施实在是太陈旧了，虽标四星，也就值这个价了。建议酒店尽快重新装修。服务态度还是挺好的。朋友的皮夹掉在房间，酒店服务员很热心寄还。
