到入住时间了，房间完全没有收拾。房卡不好用，4张一起都不好用，叫客服找人开门，等了半个多小时，小孩睡着了，进不去房间。去到主楼大堂办理，还说消磁了，4张卡放在不同的地方，全部都消磁了？真是无语。温泉的水从早到晚都不换，下午想找个热点的池子都找不到，并且里面漂浮着各种皮。刚进去时连个毯子都没有，并且温泉的服务员态度极其恶劣。贵还体验很差。

很好，房间很大。房间符合网站上图片的样子。也算干净。景色特别好，打开窗有露台，就能看到温泉区的景色。包含温泉区一次性通行票两张。包含了早餐，是自助式的，虽然种类不是特别多，对于早餐来说是可以说的过去的。
