酒店房间没有打扫，上一位客人用的洗漱用品及私人用品还在台子上。房间里始终都有下水道反上来的恶臭味！一个人住宿非要给我安排标间，提议换大床房让我加1000块钱，这是什么**酒店！花599就无法享受任何待遇，还怪我没有给艺龙网留言！*！周围酒店那么多，我非要在你家住吗？垃圾！

虹溪谷温泉酒店风景不错，绿植很多，酒店设施比较新，而且服务员热情周到，晚上在他家享受温泉，简直舒服极了。

定的高价的就为了门票不限次数，结果去两次告诉我不能去了！说住两天就能进两次温泉！跟酒店联系告诉我找艺龙！艺龙又联系不上酒店管理人员！一直在艺龙订房，重来没遇上过这样的事！酒店的服务员挺好的，管理人员不咋地！下次不会再去了！

第二次去，硬件可以，软件退化，温泉卫生条件稍差。酒店房间挺大的舒适，床有点软。温泉内海鲜自助不太好吃。
相比第一次有点失望，家道中落了
