酒店服务非常差，地理位置超级差。没有交通，洗个温泉要爬山坡，订间客房没有温泉。如果不带温泉何必来此居住，上当受骗的感觉让人厌恶

这次全家和朋友全家一起前往该酒店入住及泡温泉，感受就是一个字：贵！周边酒店很多，之所以选择该酒店是为了洗温泉方便，808一间房加两次温泉和早餐，3号楼。温泉总体还不错，但住的地方一般，尤其是卫生条件，枕头不太干净，卫生间内的毛巾和浴巾破破烂烂的，阳台门还透风……，前台服务员的态度还不错但楼内其他服务员的态度很一般。早餐种类不算多，味道也一般。总体感觉还可以吧，毕竟住在这里洗温泉比较方便。

酒店卫浴很旧，淋浴还不好用，早餐还算好，温泉很好，但是人很多，所以卫生一般般，外来人员很杂，不提供儿童拖鞋，需要自费购买，不小心就会被外来人员穿走，好在服务员给找回。温泉不允许外带食品，但是管理不严格，客人在浴区吃手抓饼我也是服了，小孩子吃着面包泡温泉，哎，失望，总之就是人多不好管理，不会再去凑热闹了，不如去小一点的温泉，最起码水干净
