酒店门口可以停车，有早餐，前台接待热情，房间整洁，套房的窗帘竟然拉不到一起，打电话让处理一下，马上就来人处理了，浴缸和的洗澡水水锈太多了，放出来的水看着好恶心，忍住没敢洗澡很无语。
我住过的商务套最无语的一次，希望改进一下!

选择入住这家酒店，完全是因为看到地理位置优越，想着交通便利，又是当地四星级酒店，酒店环境非常不错，客房配置很好，前台接待人员（小马）服务态度非常好，对这次的入住环境及服务态度很满意，下次来神木还住这儿。

房间没有预订时说的32平米，卫生干静，早餐挺丰富。床睡觉舒服。住的513.512.卫生间，洗浴的玻璃隔断太小没有放洗浴用品的地方洗澡特别不方便。
