酒店在繁华地段，离二郎山不算很远，出租车15元就可以到了（见是外地人，出租司机一口价）。饭店是挂四的标准，房间还可以，20多平米，卫生也还不错。早餐挺丰富的，人气也比较旺。就是饭店前台的服务态度极端的差！住房第二天（预定2晚，款已付），需要重新到前台确认，否则门卡失效。这点应该在入住的时候，提醒客人，或者第二天打电话询问客人是否续住的时候，提醒一下到前台重新办理门卡手续，可是饭店前台没有这么做。当我打不开房门而下楼到服务台办理手续时，顺便说了一下：你们应该提醒客人。服务台的员工说：提醒过了。可是明明没有呀！等我转身离开时，她在背后叨唠，嫌我事多。真是不可思议。。。。。。服务不周到，还怪客人，这样的酒店以后不会再住了。。。。。
