我入二晚观星套房，第一晚后發現床鋪下陷，腰酸背痛，向前台反映后，加了一層硬托，還是很不舒服，今日退房后要做物理治療

住过很多次，一年总会来两三次！以前都是预授权随便的没等退房就走！这次就是没等，结果上了高速才电话说少了一个玻璃杯，一个就要30元（水杯）真心的贵！没机会说什么，已上高速！下次说什么都不要信，要等退房！住的时候就那样（相），退的就说少了，真是要有理说不清！贵杯！算了吧由酒店扣钱！免得让开心的旅行变不开心，所以就没争论（也没有机会都在路上）经一事长一智！不过酒店也要改变一下！
