前台服务不行，客房服务还不错，客房服务员和餐厅服务员都要礼貌的多；第二次住，水卡频频出问题，对比第一次入住，体验差了很多...对比对面悦和庄，人家服务是越来越好了……
另外，对于艺龙，客服对话还没完成就退出了服务，问的问题还没回答，就一句稍等，就强行退出对话，这什么逻辑！重新进入对话，又得重新问同样的问题，告诉同样的订单，根本不给复制之前的问题，只能一个一个字打！反复几次，简直想爆粗口！
