酒店除了设备老旧其他没啥问题，设计很棒，满满的藏地文化风情，服务也挺好的，早餐也很好吃！希望酒店老板加油，毕竟是这里最好的酒店哟！

酒店看似很高档、豪华，估计在四星以上，房间设施开始跟不上了，房间面积不大，其他都还好！早餐不错、价格很实惠！

前台接待的小姐姐很热情，他们的领导专门给我们送的水果。房间卫生比以前好多了，换了新的床单。房间的设施需要更换，电话用不了。在玉树地区算很不错的酒店了。值得推荐吧。

早餐必须满意，因为粥是用心用高压煲煲的粥，对于高反严重的我，呕吐，什么都吃不下，除了这个白粥能符合当时的胃口，在当地很难得了，几乎找不到这样的白粥。酒店有富氧设备，但好像不太有效果，可能也是我不会用。在当地最好的酒店，走的时候还是不舍得，如果没有高反就完美了。酒店知道我呕吐，免费帮我做了泡饭送房间，很感动，人情味太可爱了。

酒店大堂很炫，房间很温馨，到前台时房间没出来，大堂经理特意帮忙做了升级，房间很温馨，唯独不好的就是停车场，没车位，玉树最好的酒店既然只有门前一小块地停车！
特别谢谢大堂经理的美式咖啡，味道不错！

酒店是藏地风格，很有特色，硬件很好，房间很舒适，公共区域也很漂亮。但软件需要跟上，房间的卫生打扫不彻底，地坛是有鸡蛋壳，墙角有包装袋，前台退房效率不够高。
