酒店是臧式风格，很有特点，我喜欢这种感觉。定的是富氧房，高反不是很明显。酒店前台接待的小伙子非常热情，这里特别提出来表扬！他们是土尕和索南。酒店的一层一个小超市，可以送货到房间，很方便。酒店早餐比较不错，适合我。

服务态度特别差 打电话话还没说完直接挂电话 网上定的房间 到店说管网络人考试去了 直接不开房 这是什么酒店 我们钱已经付完了 已经外面转了一个小时 等到什么时候

垃圾酒店，房间臭哄哄，居然有老鼠，晚上门锁坏了，通知服务员来修，11点多钟发现从里面开不了门，维修人员把锁拆下来修了半天修不好，酒店又没有房间调整，然后告诉我可以把锁原样装回，把我继续锁在里面，明天早上再开门，*！

前台客人登记不把关，装修过于阴森不伦不类的感觉，整体布局没规划好像画蛇添足，装修昜燃物品过多存有安全隐患，叫服务员要三四个电话半小时都没反应。无奈到晚上21点放弃了358元的住宿费只好重新入住空港酒店，更气人的是退房时又被坑了42元房费。（5月25号没向携程定直接给了400元因携程340元酒店358元所以相差18元就算了）唉～
