玉树市最好的酒店，尽管与内地的五星酒店相比，尚有差距，放在藏区已经算得上好酒店。不过酒店服务方面仍需加强，本来预订的是大床间，到店后告知大床间已经卖完，只有入住标准间了事。另外，大厅光线太暗，氛围不好，早餐种类太少。

酒店条件不错，但是管理实在不怎么样，房间地毯实在太脏还有玻璃碎片，床单被罩都没换，早上出发时要求换床单被罩虽然大堂登记了房间号，但回来发现还是没换，浴室毛巾同样是脏的，希望房价=服务
