带着一家老小本想着住个环境好、舒适点的公寓。可自进到那里，窝心的事就一桩接一桩。首先是不断地换房，不是咱挑剔，出了那么高的价格在别处都可以住五星级酒店了！当初定的时候已经说过要安排高层点位置，但去的时候说高层都是豪华型的，**，**下单时就看了网友订的房间和照片了！安排在四层以下就不说了，换了三次房间，房间设施除了各种问题外，还有就是脏——床上被套、床单估计几天都没换过，有之前客人留下的体毛，看着就不舒服。走道消防安全指示灯不停报警，响个不停，两次下到服务前台要求处理，可服务人员说解决不了，要物管去弄。难道要我去找物管吗?!第二天本计划开车出去，可一般自称物管的人堵在客房的停车场出口要我们交费20元，之前进来的时候没有设卡，也知道住酒店停车是不收费的，和他们理论不成去找酒店前台，酒店老板说这停车费不是他们收的，他们也是才知道的，并建议我把车堵在停车场出口报110。听了就让*****，你酒店方***让客户去处理这事有没有脑 残啊！这样开酒店迟早关门大吉。

绝对差评！提前在艺龙订的房间，没法退。住了两晚换了三次房间，房间设施不是这点坏就是那点有问题，搞得老人都觉得累。另外，房间面积比网上介绍的小得多，真不值三百多的价，对这次的订房感觉真失败!
