吹风机是坏的，被子是通洞的，最鬼火的是马桶，冲不了水，我用浴室的淋浴喷头冲了半天，后来跟服务员反映，结果她说是有可能停水了，我就纳闷了，停水了我还能洗脸，停水了我还能用淋浴啊？太愚弄客户了。

在网上订好，并确认好了的房间，到了宾馆却给我说没收到订单，不知是宾馆失误还是网站的问题，和宾馆前台争论了好久，还让我自己去和艺龙网站联系，她们不管，大半夜的气死我了，最后我提出要找他们经理找说法才给我开了一个房。
